Michelle Zeller Michelle is the head Dolly and the passion that fuels Dollyrockers. Her charismatic personality and drive to succeed encourages the philosophy behind what Dollyrockers is all about. With over ten years of experience and working in salons since the age of fourteen, Michelle knew what she wanted her salon to encompass. She owes her inspiration and her knowledge of hairstyling as a professional business to international Redken educator, Gaby Miley, who she trained under. Michelle has traveled to New York City to attend the Bumble & Bumble University to earn Dollyrockers the title of a Certified Bumble & Bumble network salon. She has attended Redken’s international symposium in Las Vegas as well as the Redken Exchange in New York, where she was instructed by international educators, Omar Spina, Danny Felstead and Jayson Morgan. Michelle is a Certified Redken Color Specialist and is passionate about creating soft dimensional color. She has styled for photo shoots for LA clothing line Decent and was featured in The August issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine. Aside from being an owner, Michelle devotes several days a week to working behind the chair in order to service her loyal clients and lead her team of stylists by example.
Melissa Rossi Melissa is a senior stylist at, Dollyrockers and has been in the "hair" industry for over a decade. She began her career working in the medical field in cosmetic dermatology, primarily in the hair loss field. Assisting with surgical procedures in Beverly Hills, Scottsdale, and Phoenix and then later running a surgery center in Austin, Texas and Phoenix, Arizona. She has traveled all over the country as an independent contractor with one of the most reputable surgical hair loss groups in the US. After a successful career in the medical industry, the flexibility of becoming a cosmetologist allowed her to be more available for her family. She was intrigued by the beauty industry because it allowed her to be creative and make people feel confident. Her training began at The Scott Cole Academy in Scottsdale, where she received hands on education in cutting and coloring by one of the most talented platform artists, Scott Cole. She increased her experience by assisting under several established sylists, giving her a strong foundation. She has continued her education by becoming a Certified Redken Color Specialist and regularly attends classes to stay current on Bumble & Bumble, Redken, and Pureology product lines. When creating a color and cut that is right for her clients, her main focus is to give them a style that is beautiful and attainable based on natural haircolor and texture.
Alecia Biggs As a second-generation hairstylist, Alecia is very proud to be a part of the hairdressing industry. Alecia spent three years assisting a variety of established stylists allowing her to gather skills from each one. After gaining the experience and confidence through assisting she began her own career. Marked by a continuous endeavor to reach the highest levels of excellence, Alecia has furthered her education by becoming a Redken Color Specialist. She has a passion for the Redken philosophy and has attended the Redken Institute in New York City several times for advanced training in color and cutting techniques. Due to her extensive knowledge in Redken, Alecia was recently chosen to be the in house Redken educator at Dollyrockers. She will travel to New York to be trained in continuing education that she will pass on to the other Dollies as well as keeping open communication with Redken educators. Alecia is a master at balancing art and the reality of the everyday client. She strives to bring innovative trends to the salon, while ensuring her clients leave with a smile on their face.
Cheryl Wright Cheryl has been a stylist for eight years and a member of the Dollyrockers family for three. Her foundation for education was established under Paul Mitchell artist Scott Cole. Understanding the importance of continuing education, she has received her Redken Color Specialist Certification and attends the Redken Symposiums held in Las Vegas. Last September she attended the Redken Exchange in New York City where she had the opportunity to work hands on with international educators, Omar Spina, Danny Felstead and Jayson Morgan. Her work has been featured in Images AZ, North Valley, and 944 magazines. She believes that with each client there is a new experience and enjoys giving them a style that compliments them and is achievable at home. In addition to being a stylist, her background in Business Management has given her the opportunity to work with the owners to plan events, education and ensure the image and success of Dollyrockers.
Laura Caldarazzo  Laura has been styling and making hair look fabulous for nearly five years. After completing beauty school, she dedicated herself to refining her skills by attending Vidal Sassoon cutting classes. She uses her foundation for precision cutting with each haircut she creates. Laura has received her Redken Color Specialist Certification allowing her to understand color in-depth. Creativity and her compassionate personality help her to determine the best way for her clients to express themselves through their style. Her ability to help people feel good about themselves, creates a feeling of fulfillment and establishes a relationship with each person. When Laura is not behind the chair you will find her with her high school sweetheart and her two fabulous children. In addition to being an asset to the team of stylists she is also a crucial part of bringing the latest styles to Dollys closet.
Buffy (Michelle) Dreyer Buffy has been in the hair industry for four years. She began her training at the Carsten Institute, where she received in depth training with Pivot Point cutting techniques. As well as extensive knowledge of Aveda color and styling products. Buffy then furthered her education by spending a year assisting under top stylists at Dollyrockers. Her energy and passion for learning motivated her to become a Certified Redken Color Specialist. Buffy has also been published in several magazines, such as 944, North Valley and Images Az. She believes her enthusiasm for life and her trendsetting techniques will always keep her clients inspired and current.
Mindee Bahr Originally from a small town in Wisconsin, Mindee has lived in Arizona for ten years. She has been with Dollyrockers for a year and knows she is a Dolly for life. She is a graduate from Kohler Academy where she received exclusive education from Bumble & Bumble. Trained in both Redken and Goldwell color lines, Mindee feels it is crucial to continue expanding her knowledge of color through advanced classes. Mindee was recently selected as Dollyrockers in house Network Educator for Bumble & Bumble. She will be sent to New York City to attend Bumble & Bumble University where she will learn new techniques and styling tips to bring back to the salon. With her strong will to learn and passion for the industry she has excelled quickly. The most important thing she wants to give her clients is the ability to do their hair at home every morning so they are as happy as they were when they left her chair.
Jamie Woehr  As a Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy graduate, Jamie received top industry training in both cutting and coloring. Jamie is cross-trained in several color lines such as Redken, Loreal Professional, and Goldwell. Her extensive knowledge of Redken and Bumble & Bumble products allows her to educate her clients. She has also received additional training in Redken color and advanced cutting techniques through Dollyrockers. Jamie brings both her knowledge and passion to the salon. Whether her work is classic, trendsetting or anything in-between, she is committed to giving her clients the best experience possible when they are in her chair.
Jessica Hejna Jessica is one of the newest additions to DollyRockers. After graduating cosmotology school at the top of her class, she knew she wanted to further education. She trained at one of the top salons in Arizona for nearly two years. In doing so, she received some of the most extensive edication in Redken color, foiling techniques, and advanced cutting. She attended classes with some of Redkens most talented platform artists such as Gaby Miley and Sam Villa. Her more hands on education is owed to Redken color specialist, Drea Stern and cutting specialist, Jennifer Gonba. Their inspiring techniques and raw education are what Jessica basis her strong foundation on. Jessica's love for the industry and passion to make people feel good and have a sense of self are what drives her to stay consistent and educated throughout her career. She has found her home as a Dolly and is here to stay.
